1. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in language proficiency teaching. (PTE teaching experience will be highly valued)
2. Certification in TESOL, IELTS, PTE and/or CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults) will be highly valued.
3. Familiarity with the intricacies of each EPT (English Proficiency Test) section (speaking, writing, reading, and listening).
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes, including online resources, interactive tools, and virtual classrooms.

1. Deliver comprehensive instructions on all sections of the PTE exam, including speaking, writing, reading, and listening.
2. Explain test formats, question types, and scoring criteria to students.
3. Create lesson plans, study materials, and practice exercises that align with the PTE test requirements.
4. Design tailored strategies to help students improve their performance in specific PTE sections.
5. Administer practice tests and mock exams to gauge students` progress and identify areas of improvement.
6. Provide constructive feedback on students` performance, highlighting strengths and suggesting strategies for enhancement.
7. Offer one-on-one guidance to address students` unique challenges and learning needs.
8. Foster open communication and Q & A sessions for students effectively.
9. Inspire and motivate students to stay focused on their test preparation journey.
10. Stay informed about changes and updates in the PTE exam structure, content, and scoring.
11. Incorporate the latest trends and techniques into teaching methodologies.
12. Collaborate with colleagues, coordinators, and management to ensure smooth operations.
13. Adjust teaching methods based on data insights to enhance overall outcomes.
14. Continuously update teaching skills by attending relevant training, workshops, and professional development sessions.
15. Seek opportunities for growth within the field of language proficiency testing and education.
16. Maintain accurate records of student`s progress, attendance, and performance assessments.
17. Generate reports as required by the educational institution.
18. Counsel aspiring PTE students for enrollment, initiate contact with potential leads.
