∎ Must be experience as a Environment & Chemical Responsible in reputed Industries.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To address and execute all environmental issues of the factory.
∎ Update Chemical Inventory List.
∎ Collect MSDS, TDS, RSL, MRSL & all related chemical Certificates, keep them as hard copy in file as well as soft copy.
∎ Share RSL & MRSL with chemical supplier for ensuring hazard free chemical supply chain.
∎ Ensure MSDS, labeling in chemical store, distribution sub-store, dyeing, ETP, spot removing room and all relevant applicable area.
∎ Ensure Chemical Store compliance. Implement, monitor and execute all necessary action to meet chemical store compliance.
∎ Conduct internal audit for chemical store, prepare audit report with proper guidelines and suggestions and share it with relevant personnel and management for quick action.
∎ Make sure input of monthly chemical consumption and new chemical information in e3 platform.
∎ Execute buyer NSR (Nominated Sustainable Responsible) Program as per provided action plan and evaluate the progress through routine communication and monitoring.
∎ Arrange necessary meeting, training, awareness raising program and other necessary action as per action plan to achieve NSR environmental KPIs.
∎ Follow up Environmental Clearance Certificate application procedure on time with concerned dedicated personnel.
∎ Follow up DoE Quarter wise Waste water test application for crony group factories and ensure all related support for this purpose).
∎ Monitor and follow-up ETP And guide ETP responsible for ensuring all compliance issues.
∎ Arrange training, workshop for ETP personnel, operator and keep proper training record.
∎ Ensure on time accurate PD data input in STEP as required by buyer.
∎ Communicate with concerned department for providing necessary PD data and keep record.
∎ Ensure yearly ZDHC waste water test as per buyer requirement.
∎ Communication with nominated third party lab and concerned buyer regarding ZDHC waste water test and follow up report uploading in ZDHC gateway. Prepare and submit action plan if there is any parameter failure.
∎ Execute any other task as given by the superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be experience in ETP & Environment Compliance in a Dyeing Factory.
∎ Apply only Chemical/ Environmental compliance issue handle of Buyer with a reputed knit garments Industries & independently handle & implement it at work place.
∎ Must hold the excellence of analytical mind and proactive to identify problems and proposing solutions.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure and for long time.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skills, action oriented approach to work and decision making.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must.
