Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
∎ Monitor and optimize warehouse and inventory management processes.
∎ Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, from customer order placement to delivery.
∎ Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
∎ Inspect products for defects and damages before shipping.
∎ Manage customer inquiries and complaints regarding orders, deliveries, and product issues.
∎ Oversee wholesale operations, including order processing, shipment coordination, and vendor relations.

∎ Job Type: Full-Time (Office Desk Job)
∎ Duty Hours: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM, 6 days a week
∎ Job Location: House- 95, Road- 9/A, Dhanmondi, Dhaka.
