Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in B.Sc. in Textile Engineering, (Education is relaxed for experienced candidate)
∎ Skills Required: Ability to lead and manage team, Ability to Work Under Pressure, Energetic and self-motivated, Good communication in English both written and verbal, Good understanding and rich experiences in Garment, Must have computer skill

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out assigned responsibilities for developing, directing and coordinating material planning activities for executing the production process.
∎ Good knowledge on Knit dyeing , Dyeing Machine capacity, Cotton & Polyester dyeing , Single jersey, Lycra jersey, Terry, Fleece rib dyeing.
∎ Sample fabric Production on Dyeing sample section
∎ Look after the daily Dyeing Production
∎ Ensure production plan and program outline
∎ Ensure the Parameter of Dyeing, Programming, Cycle time, Data Process etc.
∎ Adjust bulk recipes & parameters for a particular shade to ensure good reproducible as well as increase RFT%
∎ Ensue Operation as per SOP
∎ Provide support for new development with quality standard
∎ Ensure minimization of of wastage and utilization of resources
∎ Monitor in preparing a necessary receipt for production and obtain lab dip approval for meeting with buyers requirements and standard in respect of color shade and other quality parameters
∎ Monitor the recipe formulation, shade matching, machine utilization, time schedule and workload as per weekly/monthly target
∎ Analyze production data, including volume of production, consumption of raw materials and quality control measures and increase productivity
∎ Any other responsibility as assigned by the management.
