Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, including data validation, deductions, allowances, bonuses, and tax calculations.
∎ Manage statutory compliance, including income tax, GDPS, and liaise with regulatory authorities to meet legal requirements.
∎ Resolve payroll-related discrepancies and address employee queries regarding salaries, taxes, and deductions.
∎ Maintain up-to-date records of employee compensation and benefits in HRIS systems.
∎ Supervise the maintenance of employee records, including personal details, attendance, leave management, and performance data.
∎ Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and organizational objectives.
∎ Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions.
∎ Identify opportunities to streamline and improve payroll and HR operations for efficiency and accuracy.
∎ Manage risk by developing and implementing controls to prevent payroll errors or fraud.
∎ Act as a strategic HR partner for business units, understanding their goals and providing HR solutions.
∎ Implement HR strategies that drive employee engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
∎ Lead talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the recruitment of top talent aligned with business needs.
∎ Manage and support performance management processes, coaching managers on effective talent development.
∎ Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
∎ Drive learning and development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities.

∎ Role Overview:
∎ This position combines the responsibilities of HR Operations & HR Business Partner (HRBP), to ensuring both strategic HR alignment with business objectives and operational efficiency in HR processes. The role requires a proactive HR professional who can drive employee engagement, talent management, compliance, and payroll accuracy.
∎ HR Operation Responsibilities:
