Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in planning and executing batch schedules based on Time of Delivery (TOD).
∎ Support lab-to-bulk recipe adjustments to maximize Right First Time (RFT) dyeing.
∎ Help minimize fabric process losses through proper batch preparation and proactive planning.
∎ Monitor resource usage, including dyes, chemicals, water, and manpower, to ensure efficiency.
∎ Coordinate machine maintenance schedules and ensure cleanliness of machines and the floor.
∎ Ensure compliance with buyer quality standards and resolve fabric faults promptly.
∎ Contribute to the development of new fabrications and improvements in dyeing processes.
∎ Implement cost-saving measures such as using low-cost dyes and optimizing liquor ratios (L:R).
∎ Train and supervise operators, officers, and shift-in-charge personnel for improved productivity.
∎ Follow up on fabric deliveries to ensure timely completion while maintaining quality.
∎ Assist in reviewing production performance and identifying areas for improvement in quality and efficiency.
∎ Contribute to setting annual goals for production efficiency, cost savings, and quality enhancement.
∎ Participate in process innovation projects and team development programs.
∎ Support high-quality production on time at optimized costs while ensuring compliance with buyer policies and sustainability standards.
