∎ B. Sc In Textile Engineering, majoring in Wet Processing Technology preferably from AUST/ BUTex;

∎ Proven experience in related filed with at least 10 years in similar position;
∎ Analytically competent for quick decision making;
∎ Excellent communication in both written and speaking in English;

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and execute batch schedules based on Time of Delivery (TOD).
∎ Adjust lab-to-bulk recipes to maximize Right First Time (RFT) dyeing.
∎ Minimize fabric process losses through proper batch preparation and planning.
∎ Optimize resource usage, including dyes, chemicals, water, and manpower.
∎ Ensure machine maintenance and cleanliness for uninterrupted operations.
∎ Maintain buyer quality standards and resolve fabric faults effectively.
∎ Develop new fabrications and improve dyeing processes for better efficiency.
∎ Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures like low-cost dyes and low liquor ratios (L:R).
∎ Train staff to improve productivity and adopt sustainable practices.
∎ Follow up on deliveries to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
∎ Review production performance and identify areas for improvement in quality and productivity.
∎ Set annual goals for production efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
∎ Lead process innovations and team development initiatives.
∎ Deliver high-quality products on time at optimized costs while adhering to buyer policies and sustainability standards.
