∎ 1-2 years of relevant experience preferably in DWH/BI/Big-data domain (Telecom preferable). -
∎ Sound knowledge on RDBMS, Big-data, PL/SQL, ETL Tool, Python, Linux operating system, Shell scripting and software engineering concept -
∎ Good understanding in Telco value chain (OSS, BSS) Required Capabilities- Good communication and interpersonal skill -
∎ Knowledge in DWH & Big-data systems (RDBMS, ETL process, Hadoop) -
∎ Programming skill in Python, SQL, shell script. -
∎ Business stakeholder management skill. -
∎ Pro-active and good team player. -
∎ Flexible and positive attitude towards engagement and business urgency even beyond business hours. -
∎ Ability to work under pressure and tight schedule.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain regular DWH ETL (Informatica, Airflow, Teradata, Oracle, Big-data) and refresh data for reporting & analytics as per SLA with 100% accuracy. -
∎ Ensure uptime of DWH & Big-data service and deliveries in 24/7 and 365 days -
∎ Perform ETL operation and fix the operational error instantly within SLA. -
∎ Ensure DWH & Big-data service Incident management process with active participation as L2. -
∎ Ensure upstream/downstream data availability on-time with quality. -
∎ Stakeholder communication and end user support (BI, Finance, Sales, Technology, Regulatory, others) -
∎ Feasibility analysis and development support for Project & Change request. -
∎ Development of source integration and ETL jobs as per project & CR requirement/scope. -
∎ System administration of Informatica, Airflow, MicroStrategy, Big-data echo system. -
∎ Coordinate with vendor, internal teams for Infrastructure related activity (maintenance, patching, up-gradation) and aligning with stakeholder. -
∎ Ensure process control as per guideline of Information security, audit and ISO.
