∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make a target achievement plan and ensure achievement accordingly on daily, weekly, monthly basis.
∎ Achieve daily, weekly, monthly target and KPI of assigned Division.
∎ Supervise and monitor team to achieve organization goal.
∎ Ensure retention and motivation of entire sales team.
∎ Ensure product coverage, market share and right merchandising and out-let recommendation.
∎ Ensure Distribution House profitability and continuous business growth.
∎ Ensure regular cash flow, product lifting and stock availability at Distribution House as per company policy.
∎ Ensure authentic and proper report of entire team within the time.
∎ Monitor and observe competitor' activities and report the authority duly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ 2+ years experience as RSM or DSM or SM and above at Food Industry.
∎ Motorcycle Driving License

Salary: Negotiable
