∎ Position: Divisional / Regional Sales Manager
∎ Department: Sales and Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving monthly sales Target based on annual sales plan and projecting area wise sales Qty. & volume.
∎ To ensure & appoint new depots & dealers for vacant territory.
∎ To visit distributions point daily according to the monthly tour plan in time.
∎ To confirm timely attendance from supervisor in the market.
∎ To confirm timely product delivery to the depot & distributor point.
∎ To observe the competitor activities & report to the superior.
∎ To monitor and evaluate daily target and achievement.
∎ Update daily secondary sales and SMS to Sales Dept.
∎ To meet regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in Electronics company.
∎ The applicants should have minimum 2 years' experience in the same position
∎ Must be sincere, dedicated, and target oriented & diligent
∎ Organizational & time management skills
∎ Must be pleasant & good team player
∎ Must be able to work under pressure
