Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced Divisional Sales Manager (DSM) and Manager to contribute to our company`s sales objectives. Your responsibilities include supervising the sales team and building long-term client relationships.
∎ As a national sales manager, you should use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth. Communication and team management skills are also essential for this position.
∎ Ultimately, you should aspire to develop and maintain successful relationships with big, small & distributed customers.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring primary sales order and verifying secondary sales everyday of sales team, and Achieving sales target and ensuring optimum products distribution & visibility
∎ Coordinating development activities and establishing new distribution channel, market, territory & belt for achieving sales goal
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly sales forecasting, planning, evaluation and preparing action plan accordingly
∎ Prepare periodic sales report and analyzing performance against program to determine their effectiveness
∎ Meeting with retailers & wholesalers in a regular basis and assisting immediate subordinate in maintaining relationship, negotiation and closing deals
∎ Monitoring distributors stock, ensuring timely payment for maintaining stock availability at distributors
∎ Directly supervising Manager & SE monitoring the activities of SE & Distributors and providing regular feedback to the reporting authority
∎ Developing sales strategies and setting targets for achieving the goals also Maintaining and Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
∎ Daily Sales Target monitoring, if daily target achieved fail then reconfirm the target to go back market
∎ Report to National Sales Manager in specific format everyday.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years

∎ Must have experience 5-10 years in Lubricant Company.
