Responsibilities & Context:
Monitoring, supervising & training sales force in respective territory.
Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
Monitoring competitor`s activities & reporting accordingly.
Ensuring promotional activities executed accordingly.
Ensuring Product availability and visibility.
Regular searching and development new market.
Job Other Benifits:
30,000-40,000 thousand taka if experienced in Lubricant Company & 30,000-35,000 thousand taka from other trucks (All including Salary -TA-DA-Mobile Bill).
