Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring, supervising & training sales force in respective territory.
∎ Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
∎ Monitoring competitor's activities & reporting accordingly.
∎ Ensuring promotional activities executed accordingly.
∎ Ensuring Product availability and visibility.
∎ Regular searching and development new market.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience 3-5 years in Lubricant / FMCG/ Electric & Electronics Company.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ 30,000-40,000 thousand taka if experienced in Lubricant Company & 30,000-35,000 thousand taka from other trucks (All including Salary -TA-DA-Mobile Bill).
