Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales and Marketing / Business Development
∎ Managing the entire spectrum of sales and marketing activities for ensuring optimum product penetration and reach in the market.
∎ Identifying prospective business generation avenues and working towards deriving optimal business benefits.
∎ Ascertaining product sales potential in new and existing markets, in line with consumer preference.
∎ Be updated on competition, activities provided by CCBL and regularly provide feedback on them.
∎ Identify development area according to CCBL compliance in the markets of Abdul Monem Ltd Territories.
∎ Brand Management:
∎ Augmenting brand visibility through multifarious means such as promotions, advertisements, sponsorships for existing and new products.
∎ Organizing consumer contests, schemes, trade offers and schemes for inviting greater customer response.
∎ Evaluating the effectiveness of promotions for undertaking further course of action
∎ Channel Management:
∎ Establishing strategic alliances with financially strong and reliable channel partners for deeper market penetration and reach.
∎ Monitoring channel sales and marketing activities, implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplishment of revenue and collection targets.
∎ Networking channel partners for expanding product reach across territories.
∎ Responsible for demand forecasting & managing inventory pipeline, ensuring ready availability of products as per the market demand.
∎ Key Account Management:
∎ Identifying and networking with prospective clients, generating business from the existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth.
∎ Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major clients; mapping their requirements and providing quality service.
∎ Team Management:
∎ Leading, mentoring and motivating the team for extracting best performance.
∎ Communicating the team members about their individual sales targets and ensuring that they are accomplished within the set time frame.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 15 year(s) experienced in the relevant field
∎ Vast experienced in Beverage Industry will get preference.
∎ Experienced in Coca-Cola Business will get highest priority.
