  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.

Responsibilities & Context:

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Divisional Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in the bearing and automotive parts sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing large territories, and developing strong dealer/distributor networks.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve divisional targets.

  • Manage and expand dealer, distributor, and retailer networks.

  • Identify new market opportunities and drive product penetration.

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies.

  • Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company policies.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
