Educational Requirements:
∎ Business graduates (BBA/MBA) major in HRM (preferable) from any reputed university
∎ PGD-HRM

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruitment
∎ Explore market best practices in the recruitment and placement of employees.
∎ Construct and update organization structure in line with business objective and budget.
∎ Ensure Recruitment as per business requirement; meeting company compliance.
∎ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation, implementing required changes to keep company recruitment processes compliant.
∎ Organizational Development
∎ Design/develop and propose new change initiatives or modifications for organizational development purposes, based on the company’s Business Strategy.
∎ Update of competency profile for each job.
∎ Monitor and support the performance management system implementation (i.e. assessment of KPI and competency targets, computation of achievements – both KPI and competency).
∎ Propose individual development programs (IDP) for each employee to fill up competency gaps and
∎ coordinate required training activities.
∎ Develop and implement yearly total Company Training & Development Plan, Departmental Training &
∎ Development Plan and Individual Development Plan that align and meets business needs & objectives.
∎ HR Operations & Services
∎ Ensure Attendance and leave records are updated.
∎ Ensure Dress Code and office decorum are well maintained.
∎ Ensure all HR Services are provided maintaining compliance and within SLA.
∎ Ensure all employment contracts are updated (e.g. Temporary, Probationer, Confirmed etc.)
∎ Reward Management
∎ Ensure compensation and benefits standards comply with company policies and/or other regulations or legislation
∎ Manage annual performance appraisal process in line with business objective.
∎ Develop & implement different periodic reward systems to foster performance-based culture.
∎ Manage staff costs by providing regular analysis and key highlights to management.
∎ Employee Relation & EHS
∎ Ensure employee grievances are heard and resolved.
∎ Ensure discipline at workplace and take corrective measures in case of breach of discipline.
∎ Ensure employees’ health & Safety.
∎ Design & execute employee engagement events to develop & foster organizational culture.
∎ Ensure different internal communication related to awareness of contemporary issues, changes in policy, events, employee movement, organizational change, etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Candidate should have more than 08 to 10 years of experience in the HR Department and lead a team,
∎ Can do and get it done attitude,
∎ High standard of accuracy in job,
∎ Ability to produce results under tight deadlines,
∎ High level of professional work ethics and integrity.
∎ Sound knowledge of human resources and labour law
∎ Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
∎ Demonstrated ability to establish key relationships with business leaders

Salary:
