Job Context:
∎ A competent Head of Stores/Warehouses is required for a reputed export based Knit Composite Garments factory.
∎ Job location for the position is Gazipur.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible of the Warehouse Operations of all units of Group.
∎ Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures *Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
∎ Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
∎ Maintains physical condition of warehouse• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
∎ Site inspection reporting, maintaining records and as well as Responsible for total wastage management.
∎ Management of warehouse materials and supplies and Oversee 3rd party logistics (3PL) as per materials movement requirements both inbound & outbound.
∎ Maintain the cutting supermarket area.
∎ Handling all warehousing and logistic activities from time of purchase orders/ invoice is issued until consignments reach their final destination
∎ Optimum management of mini/max
∎ Level stock replacement, movement, loading and unloading, supervision and storage.
∎ Organizing/ reconciling materials to protect it from determination, ensure quality checks and monitor movement of goods from one location to other for transshipment and relocation.
∎ Controlling and monitoring inventory with the internal and external auditing teams.
∎ Preparation and submitting of aging reports, monthly stock evaluation movement to the management.
∎ Special care is taken for storage principle with Safety as foremost concern, all junior and senior staffs must be made aware of safety procedures by the safety rules and standards lay down by the company,
∎ Monitor overall warehouse operation, inbound & outbound delivery process as per invoice/delivery note by collecting invoice (delivery note) and RN (receiving note),
∎ Accountable for coordinating and planning the production control, inventory management, scheduling and material planning,
∎ Receiving materials after proper measurement compared to material requisition. Effective checking of material's quality & quantity at the time of consignment
∎ Ensure proper Entry to the software/Maintain soft copy as well as hard copy of all the materials after delivery & distribution according to the requisition and buyer requirement.
∎ Need to check and entry to the register following: Materials Purchase Requisition (MPR); Materials Receiving Report (MRR); Materials Issue Slips (MIS); Materials Transfer Challan (MTC); Gate Pass; Transfer Materials Receiving Report (TMRR); Materials Transfer Requisition Form.
∎ Responsible for continuously monitors the position of all surplus / dead / obsolete / scrap items and initiate appropriate action for their reuse/disposal.
∎ Oversee & monitor company transports for import, export & local delivery with proper planning & cost effective.
∎ Stretch proper guideline to subordinates to meet the demand of the company and its customers.
∎ Any other Warehouse & inventory related task that management requires.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The ideal candidate should have commendable practical experience and thorough knowledge to manage different stores (Yarn/Dyes & Chemical/Accessories/Gray Fabric/Finished Fabrics/General Store/ Wastage Store) of a Knit Composite Factory.
∎ Candidates having relevant experience in reputed export oriented knit composite garments factories are only encouraged to apply.
∎ The candidate should have minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in well-known Vertical Knit Composite garments factory out of which 3 years in similar level position.
∎ Should have the sound knowledge in operating ERP Software
∎ The candidate should have proven leadership & organizing skills
∎ The candidates should be sincere, hardworking, result oriented and able to work in a team environment
∎ Should have good knowledge on computer applications & able to generate various reports.
