∎ As a District-Wise Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our market presence in your assigned district. Your primary goal will be to identify and appoint targeted dealers who can effectively convey the features and benefits of our auto rickshaws to potential customers. By leveraging your local market insights and building strong relationships, you will play a crucial role in increasing our market share and achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct market research to gain a thorough understanding of the auto rickshaw market in your district, including customer preferences, competition, and trends
∎ Identify potential dealers and evaluate their suitability based on their ability to effectively market and sell our auto rickshaws
∎ Promote our products to dealers, providing them with comprehensive information and training to enhance their product knowledge
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, ensuring their ongoing support and satisfaction
∎ Plan and execute marketing strategies and promotional activities to create awareness and generate demand for our auto rickshaws
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing collateral, campaigns, and sales support materials
∎ Monitor sales performance, analyze market dynamics, and provide timely feedback and recommendations to management
∎ Continuously update your knowledge of our products, industry trends, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market
∎ Travel within your district to meet dealers, attend industry events, and explore new business opportunities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Prior experience in the auto rickshaw market is highly preferred
∎ Strong knowledge of the local auto rickshaw market dynamics, customer preferences, and dealer networks in your district
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey product features and build relationships with dealers
∎ Self-motivated, hardworking, and results-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
∎ Willingness to travel extensively within your district
∎ Proven ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
∎ A customer-centric approach with a focus on providing exceptional service to dealers and customers
∎ Excellent pronunciation fluent Bangla and local language.
∎ A pleasant speaking voice is essential.
∎ It is important to have a mindset focused on establishing strong relationships with both dealers and end consumers.
∎ Previous experience in marketing auto rickshaws, other vehicles, or electronic products is necessary.
