Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Guide and oversee market and community surveys for identifying and recruiting the right clients for entrepreneurship training programs.
∎ Ensure that the client selection criteria, relevant standard operating procedures/toolkit, and program quality standards are strictly adhered to by the field/associate officers.
∎ Supervise and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders for logistical planning, office and classroom setup and procurement of training items.
∎ Organize and facilitate project inception and training orientation programmes.
∎ Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and update training materials.
∎ Ensure that training content aligns with established standards and meets the needs of diverse clients.
∎ Conduct and facilitate activity-based training in line with the modules and guidelines.
∎ Enhance the ability of the Associate Officer to assist programme graduates in achieving 'loan readiness' Guide and support graduates through the process of preparing for business/ microfinance loans.
∎ Verify the accuracy of bill vouchers, keep track of project expenditures, and ensure relevant financial guidelines and policies are followed through.

∎ BRAC is in the process of implementing a 12 months project “Climate Resilient Entrepreneurship Programme for Youth-led Businesses”. The project will drive Bangladesh’s achievement of Sustainable Development Goals in collaboration with TikTok. The project’s strategy and actions are also aligned with the Government’s Perspective Plan of Bangladesh (2021-2041), which emphasizes on building resilience towards climate change for sustainable economic growth and eliminating gender gap by increasing women participation in employment/ self- employment prospect.
