• Work Experience:
• Minimum 3 years as a manager in telco or Mfs distribution

Aalok trade link international limited* (Authorised distributor of bKash Ltd); is looking for a “ *Distribution operation Manager* ”

• Lead a 45-50 sales team, drive business and ensure compliant business from agent base.

• To achieve sales target & KPI & to build up relationship with agents.

• Maintain and develop new route plan and visit plan of agents.

• Roll out new agents and develop existing agents.

• Timely report to company AGM and also Bkash TM.

• Finding out business potentials and working on untouched opportunities.

• Coordinate with entire sales team of the company and keep them motivated.

• To Train and develop new employees.

• Conducting daily team briefing.

• Ensure proper reporting and information flow.

• Regularly share development plan with sales team.

• Analysis of agent requirements, market trends, current market conditions & competitor’s strategic movements.

• Monitoring daily activities of Distribution House Field Force and Office staff.

• Focus on ROI.

• Frequent market visit.

• Maintain relationship with all stakeholders.
