Having experience in managing courier service management is preferred.
Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facilities, housekeeping, security, and general administration.
Courier Services Administration: Overseeing and managing all courier services, including dispatch, tracking, timely delivery, vendor coordination, and related documentation.
Vendor & Supplier Management: Manage contracts, negotiations, and relationships with vendors, service providers, and facility maintenance teams.
Administrative Staff Supervision: Lead and mentor administrative staff, ensuring performance, accountability
Policy Implementation: Implement company policies, standard operating procedures, and compliance requirements across the office.
Budget & Cost Management: Monitor administrative expenses, optimize resource utilization, and ensure cost-effective operations.
Travel & Logistics Coordination: Manage corporate travel arrangements, transportation, and logistics
Security & Safety Oversight: Ensure workplace safety, security protocols, fire drills, and emergency preparedness re in place.
