Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in any discipline or Diploma Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise for all product loading unloading through truck.
∎ Follow product loading unloading plan & schedule.
∎ Operate BOGCL weighting scale.
∎ Collect loading advice from Distribution department and inform store, oil movement and Lab.
∎ Collect loading advice from Distribution department and inform store, oil movement and Lab.
∎ Supervise dispatch operator, Forklift operator & loading laborer for truck loading.
∎ Keep delivery document (loading advice, weighting scale).
∎ Maintain delivery register.
∎ Monitoring truck movement inside the loading bay, safe loading and dispatch.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Quantification of oil products and dispatch operation.
∎ Experience in oil products metering, truck loading, delivery, quantity measurement and reconcillation and dispatch documentation of bitumen and liquid product loading by drums and tankers.
∎ Working knowledge on MS Office.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
