Responsibilities & Context:
1. Monitor Production area which includes winding, knitting, linking, trimming, mending, finishing, wash, packaging, and raw materials receipt activities.
2. Monitoring plan VS actual production & take a necessary step.
3. Provides all kinds of guidelines to all Managers & staff for ensuring daily production.
4. Responsible for daily production & work to achieve daily production target with buyer required quality standard.
5. Ensure quality production and on-time shipment as per plan.
6. Capable of handling orders of any buyer independently.
7. Coordinate all departments for smooth production.
8. Increase factory efficiency and productivity.
9. Make sure to contribute to week & monthly planning.
10. Achieve daily weekly and monthly production.
11. Co-ordination with marketing and merchandising team for future orders, present order status & production costing and to discuss capacity status of the factory.
12. Analyze capacity with planning and capacity distribution after getting a plan from the planning department.
13. Allocation of Production Scheduler for production planning and product costing.
14. Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
15. Constantly improves the efficiencies and effectiveness of the operation with minimum capital investment.
16. Establish & maintain communications with support functions.
17. Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of wastage like rejection, alteration over production and extra hour work.
18. Ensure operations are conducted safely, reliably, efficiently, and in compliance with company procedures.
19. Coordinate with supply chain and review material position to ensure on time shipment.
20. Ensure timely reporting of everything to the Top management.
21. Any other tasks assignment by the management from time to time.
