Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline or MBA with PGD in HR
∎ Prior experience as Director position will be preferred.
∎ Advance Certification in Leadership & People Management or Professional HR Certification will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop organization Strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues;
∎ Contributing in developing organizational culture through trend analysis data presentation and recommendations for organization strategic thinking and direction
∎ Develop and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan. Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organization, as and when they occur
∎ Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition staffing planning, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, succession planning, employee relation, HR compliance
∎ Administer classifications and compensation & benefit system, compile Industry compensation data align with job content and determine & propose Pay Grade, Benefits and review accordingly.
∎ Drive the Organizational values professionalism in its employees through training, coaching, counseling and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; designing system; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.
∎ Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting and anticipating requirements, trends and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
∎ Supports management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing and updating policies, procedures, methods and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.
∎ Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
