∎ Graduation in any discipline from a reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve monthly target of loan disbursement and collection.
∎ Maintain portfolio quality.
∎ Manage existing portfolio of A/Cs Mapped.
∎ Prepare loan proposal and collect necessary documents of the individual/enterprise.
∎ Maintain and update office files and register.
∎ Solely responsible for ensuring installment transfer of the accounts being directly dealt with.
∎ Regular reporting of activities to the concerned management.
∎ Provide region/RSM/AM/TL wise target reports and follow up on achievement status on a regular basis.
∎ Provide on demand reports for all loan related data.
∎ Collect, verify, process, maintain and update loan applications of individuals and various enterprises
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experienced candidates in relevant field (Sales) should apply
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Strong problem solving & analytical skills
∎ Good organization & time management skills
