Job Context:
∎ Islamic Finance and Investment Limited (IFIL), a financial institution based on Islamic Shariah, has the following vacancies for immediate employment. Candidates who are industrious, sincere and interested to work in Sales & Marketing with career oriented may apply for the position.
∎ Number of Position : 2 persons for each Branch
∎ Category of Emplacement : Contract Basis
∎ Job Location : Branches of IFIL located in Dhaka city and different district areas

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving monthly target of SME / Home loan disbursement.
∎ Direct Marketing to SME / Home Loan to customer through daily visits, meetings, phone calls, repeat communications, etc to grab potential client.
∎ Preparing loan proposal and collect necessary documents for the SME/ Home Loan.
∎ Analysis of financial status (Profit and loss A/c, Balance sheet, cash flow and ratio) to evaluate the credit worthiness of the borrowers.
∎ Providing necessary quality service to the clients.
∎ Regular meet and greet to SME/ Home Loan clients of respective branch.
∎ Developing and maintaining relationships with Construction Builders and Real Estate Developers in order to increase sales for Home Loan.
∎ Performing any other job as and when assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Fresher/ Candidate with related experience preferably in Non-banking Financial Institution/Bank.
