• Diploma in Civil Engineering from any recognized institute.

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

• Age 20 to 30 years

• 2–3 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Must be willing to visit multiple project sites across Dhaka city

• Having a motorcycle will be considered an added advantage

Head Office: Uttara, Dhaka (frequent visits to project sites across Dhaka city)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in site supervision, monitoring, and execution of construction works.

• Prepare and maintain project reports, daily progress records, and site documentation.

• Ensure quality control, safety, and compliance with project specifications.

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members for smooth project implementation.

• Assist in estimation, measurement, and billing of works.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the management related to construction activities.
