∎ Bachelors in CSE or equivalent from any UGC approved University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collects business requirement from various stakeholders, design appropriate solution, ensure delivery and take solution acceptance from users
∎ Ensure standard operations and maintenance of the systems
∎ Maintain information security controls, SDLC processes and O&M processes during every delivery and maintenance
∎ Ensure highly resilient robust solution design, proper capacity planning, adequate monitoring and continuous service improvement
∎ Strive for innovative digital solutions to meet the business requirements and conduct technical review of digital products and the vendors to assess the capabilities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ 5 Years of relevant experience
∎ Thorough understanding and proven experience of complete Software Development Life Cycle
∎ Hands-on experience in PHP and JAVA development
∎ Hands-on experience in relational and non-relational database
∎ Expertise in modern web technologies and frameworks, cloud, containerization
∎ Deep knowledge in mobile app development platforms
∎ Sound understanding of telecom operations
∎ Understanding of Project Management framework, CICD tools and methodologies
∎ Preferred Industry/Company
∎ Telecommunication/Software/IT
∎ What is expected of this position (deliverables within next 1 year)
∎ Project delivery within scope and timeline
∎ Maintain service availability and other operational SLA/KPI target
∎ Adherence of applicable processes, compliance and standards of Banglalink.
∎ Ensure system security and mitigate identified vulnerabilities within SLA time.
