Job Responsibilities:
∎ Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information on our products and services.
∎ Manage online sales channels, including WordPress order management/ other B2B platforms and customer communication.
∎ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
∎ Ensure the payment on completion of the order processing.
∎ Ensure the on time delivery through logistics.
∎ Keep the records of inventory and product pricing up to date.
∎ Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
∎ Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
∎ Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact customer satisfaction and retention.
∎ Continuously improve the online sales process to enhance customer experience and increase conversion rates.
∎ Any other assignment to be performed as per Team leader or Management instructions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong knowledge of WordPress order management and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
∎ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
∎ Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: Negotiable
