Minimum 1–3 years of experience in

  1. CCTV Monitoring
  2. Control Room Operations
  3. Security Surveillance / Compliance Monitoring
  • High level of alertness, concentration, and integrity
  • Strong sense of accountability and responsibility
  • Ability to detect irregularities and act promptly
  • Skilled in handling digital evidence and reporting tools
  • Willingness to work in shifts and under strict supervision
  • Zero tolerance for negligence or casual monitoring


Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

JSK Group is seeking a highly responsible and disciplined Digital Monitoring Executive to ensure strict internal control, operational transparency, and compliance through continuous digital surveillance and reporting. This position requires round-the-clock vigilance, accountability, and zero tolerance for negligence.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct continuous CCTV surveillance of all assigned office premises and operational areas.

  • Monitor employee movement, including entry and exit time, attendance discipline, and workplace behavior.

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring reports based on CCTV and digital logs.

  • Immediately identify any irregularity, misconduct, negligence, or policy violation.

  • Submit evidence-based reports (video clips, screenshots, and timestamps) to Management without delay.

  • Maintain strict monitoring over office rules, discipline, and operational compliance.

  • Ensure that no unauthorized activity, absence, or misuse of office resources goes unreported.

  • Take full responsibility for monitoring assigned zones; failure to report any violation within monitored scope will be considered negligence and accountability will rest with the executive.

  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all surveillance data.

  • Coordinate with Management, Admin, and HR for investigation and corrective actions.
