∎ Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
∎ Possesses a good academic record.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
∎ Strong user of Google Docs, Google Sheets, and other online collaboration platforms.
∎ Strong interest in digital marketing, particularly paid social media and search engine marketing (SEM).
∎ Basic understanding of marketing principles and online advertising concepts.
∎ Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
∎ Bonus Points:
∎ Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn ads, or other paid advertising platforms.
∎ Basic understanding of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
∎ Experience with keyword research tools.Basic design skills for creating simple ad visuals
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This internship offers a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of paid digital advertising, explicitly focusing on Paid Social and Search Engine Marketing (SEM). The intern will work closely with our industry-leading SEM specialists, assisting in the execution and optimization of our paid campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity to learn from the best in the field and grow within our company. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in data analysis and digital marketing strategies.
∎ The Role
∎ As a Digital Marketing (Paid Social & SEM) Intern, your primary responsibilities will include assisting the team with:
∎ Keyword Research (Google Ads): Conducting keyword research using various tools to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for our Google Ads campaigns.Analyzing keyword trends and providing insights for campaign optimization.
∎ Text & Image Ad Creation: Assisting in developing compelling text and image advertisements for Google Ads and various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). Ensuring ad copy and visuals align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
∎ Target Budget Reconciliation: Assisting in the monitoring and reconciling of target budgets across different advertising accounts.Helped track ad spending and identify any discrepancies.
∎ Ad Reporting & Analytics: Assisting in the generation and analysis of ad performance reports, including data from website analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).Helping to identify key trends, insights, and areas for improvement in campaign performance.
∎ Web Conversion Tracking: Assisting in implementing and monitoring web conversion tracking mechanisms (e.g., pixels, event tracking) to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.Helping to ensure accurate data collection for conversion analysis.
