Additional Requirements: Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years in account management or client-facing roles within the digital marketing industry.
Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of PPC strategy and campaign lifecycle.
- Proven ability to draft detailed reports and correspondence with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and resolving client concerns effectively.
- Ability to create compelling ad copy and innovative campaigns that engage target audiences.
Tech Proficiency:
- Highly skilled in Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Ability to implement simple to complex conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Custom code, including e-commerce tracking.
- Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace & other communication & project management tools.
Responsibilities & Context: Campaign Strategy:
- Develop tailored PPC strategies for high-value clients to achieve their marketing goals.
- Provide insights to enhance campaign performance based on data and trends.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as clients' primary point of contact, fostering trust and a long-term partnership.
- Draft professional, data-driven email reports to update clients on campaign performance.
- Ensure timely communication of progress, challenges, and solutions to clients.
Problem Solving & Coordination:
- Work closely with campaign managers to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
- Brief internal teams effectively, ensuring alignment on strategies and deliverables.
- Act as a liaison between clients and campaign managers to streamline problem-solving.
Performance Reporting & Communication:
- Provide actionable insights and clear recommendations in regular reports shared with clients.
- Communicate complex data and strategies in an easy-to-understand manner.
Call-to-Action Excellence:
- Deliver compelling calls to action that align with campaign goals, boosting engagement and results.
- Encourage clients to explore additional opportunities and strategic initiatives.
