🎯 Role Purpose

We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed, self-motivated, and energetic individual to join our team as a Territory Sales Officer/Officer. The successful candidate will play a vital role in achieving our business expansion goals and contributing to the growth of VIP International.

🔑 Major Job Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following key activities:

• Focus on the sale of lubricants through retail and direct business channels.

• Achieve sales targets and objectives based on the territory's market potential.

• Ensure the achievement of rightful market share by determining the correct market potential, retailer's sales potential, and profiling the mechanic population.

• Extract business and achieve sales goals across all key channels.

• Maintain effective communication with customers.

• Conduct competitor analysis and develop effective counter strategies.

• Prepare reports on all sales and marketing activities for the Management review.

• Implement attractive product displays, confirm merchandising for high visibility, and generate impulse buying among motoring customers and direct customers.
