We seek a highly motivated and skilled Business Development to join our dynamic team. Your main responsibility will be to utilize LinkedIn & Upwork to identify potential clients, build relationships, and drive revenue growth for our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Digital Marketing and Upwork bidding as a professional social networking platform and be able to leverage its features to create new business opportunities.

· Search and identify potential clients in marketplaces (Upwork, LinkedIn, etc.) and initiate outreach.
· Real client communication and preparing business proposals based on client requirements.
· project closure skills (preferably via Upwork or similar platforms).
· Build and maintain long-term B2B relationships with clients.
· Generate and qualify leads for digital marketing services
· Onboarding new clients and projects based on the minimum target.
· Ongoing client communications and follow-ups.
Hard skill requirements:
· Excellent communication skills in English- Fluent in both Understanding & written.
· Strong understanding of Digital marketing, PPC, Google Ads, and Meta Ads services.
· Ability to manage multiple conversations and clients simultaneously.
· Communicate professionally with international clients.
· Proven experience 2/3 years in digital marketing Agency/ business.
· Familiarity with updated digital marketing update Tools & platforms.
· Experience working in the USA time zone in addition to regular office hours.
· LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience for lead generation.

· Background in digital marketing or Upwork.
· Proven experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
