- Minimum 2–4 years experience in Digital Marketing
- Short video editing (Reels, TikTok style content)
- Gym environment video shooting & storytelling
- Caption + subtitle + trending content idea
- Basic motion graphics (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager
- Video editing skills (CapCut / Premiere Pro / After Effects)
- Creative mindset with content ideas
- Fitness industry experience is a plus
- Able to work in-house (not remote)
Responsibilities & Context:
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp marketing campaigns
- Create and optimize paid ads (Meta Ads – Lead/WhatsApp/Reach)
- Plan and execute monthly marketing strategy
- Shoot & edit professional videos (Reels, Ads, Promo)
- Design basic creatives (Canva/Photoshop)
- Handle Messenger & WhatsApp lead conversion
- Analyze campaign performance and improve ROI
- Work closely with gym operations & sales team
