- Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads management
- Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, conversion tracking, and scaling strategies
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, and other marketing tools.
- Expertise in GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and remarketing
- Experience working with e-commerce and lead generation campaigns
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification / Meta Blueprint Certification
- Experience with international clients or agency environment
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO
- Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, Looker Studio, or CRM integrations

We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled Ads Accounts Manager who is an expert in Google Ads & Meta Ads and can handle clients’ Accounts and lead result-driven marketing strategies and drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Identify performance trends and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, adjust strategies, and maximize conversions.
- Track conversions using Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and other tools
- Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversion flow.
- Oversee content creation for website, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Develop a social media strategy to grow engagement and followers.
- Monitor social media insights and optimize content accordingly.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and actionable insights for clients/management
- Segment audiences and create personalized email flows and automation.
- Work closely with content writers, designers, and the team to execute cohesive multi-channel campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.
