This role is perfect for someone who enjoys administration, communication, customer interaction, and media-facing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Office Time: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Host and conduct Facebook Live sessions
  • Participate in and present car review videos
  • Interview customers during car delivery programs
  • Support content planning and execution
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction
  • Collect payments and coordinate money collection in a professional manner
  • Follow up with C&F (CNF) agents for clearance-related activities Coordinate and communicate with shipping lines
  • Follow up with BRTA agents regarding registration and documentation
  • Work closely with: Sales, Accounts, Digital Marketing
  • Report directly to the CEO and assist in overall administrative coordination
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and a strong professional brand image
