Experience:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a strong record of successful campaigns.

Technical & Marketing Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and email marketing tools.

  • Strong experience with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X (Twitter), Pinterest, and Threads.

  • Basic knowledge of programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python for effective collaboration with developers and minor website fixes.

Leadership Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities with a results-oriented mindset.

Analytical Skills:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

Communication Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities-

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence and drive sustainable business growth.

  • Define short-term and long-term digital marketing roadmaps aligned with business goals.

SEO & Website Management:

  • Strong expertise in On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO.

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits regularly.

  • Coordinate website optimization for speed, UX, and conversion rate improvement.

  • Basic understanding of website customization and maintenance (Python & Django preferred).

Paid Advertising & Growth Marketing:

  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads).

  • Execute A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and creatives to improve performance.

  • Monitor CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and other growth metrics.

Content & Social Media Strategy:

  • Develop content strategies for social media, blogs, video, and email marketing.

  • Oversee content calendars, posting schedules, and brand consistency across platforms.

  • Guide video marketing strategies for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns including SEO, PPC, email marketing, websites, social media platforms, and video content marketing.

  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with KPIs.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing professionals while fostering a collaborative and performance-driven work culture.

  • Assign tasks, set KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using relevant KPIs and analytics tools.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

  • Analyze user behavior and funnels to improve website and campaign conversion rates.

  • Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance UX/UI.

Email & Marketing Automation:

  • Plan and manage email marketing campaigns, automation flows, and CRM integrations.

  • Improve lead nurturing, retention, and customer lifecycle marketing.

Budget Management:

  • Plan and manage the digital marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.

Market Research & Trend Analysis:

  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, platform algorithm changes, and emerging digital technologies.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure aligned and effective marketing initiatives.
