Experience in Facebook Ads & Google Ads
Good understanding of lead generation & conversion
Basic knowledge of Canva / content tools
Ability to write marketing captions in Bangla & English
Experience in solar, electronics, or technical products will be a strong advantage shall get priority.

Job Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube)
Manage and grow social media pages and engagement
Generate leads for solar systems, batteries, and inverters
Create basic marketing content (post captions, banners, short videos – coordination with designer)
Manage Facebook Lead Forms & WhatsApp inquiries
Track campaign performance and submit weekly/monthly reports
Coordinate with sales team for lead follow-up and conversion
