Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 1 – 4 years of experience in:
  • Marriage consultancy
  • Matchmaking services
  • Matrimonial bureaus
  • Community-based relationship advisory
• Strong understanding of Muslim marriage culture, Nikah process, and family dynamics
• Excellent interpersonal, counseling, and listening skills
• Ability to handle sensitive personal matters with discretion
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and basic AI-assisted tools

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and mature Senior Executive – Matchmaking Services who has prior experience in marriage consultancy, matchmaking, relationship advisory, or community-based matrimonial services.

The ideal candidate will play a key client-facing and operational role, managing profiles, guiding clients and families, coordinating matches, and ensuring a dignified, halal, and professional matchmaking process.

This role requires high emotional intelligence, discretion, communication skills, and cultural sensitivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Profile Management

• Conduct in-depth consultations with clients and/or guardians to understand background, values, preferences, and marriage goals
• Review, verify, and manage matchmaking profiles in alignment with Islamic and company guidelines
• Maintain strict confidentiality and data privacy for all clients

Matchmaking & Advisory

• Shortlist and recommend suitable matches using both AI-generated insights and human judgment
• Facilitate introductions between mutually compatible parties in a halal and respectful manner
• Guide clients through each stage of the matchmaking process, from initial match to family discussions

Family & Guardian Coordination

• Communicate professionally with parents, guardians, or family representatives where applicable
• Ensure cultural, religious, and social compatibility considerations are respected
• Handle sensitive discussions with diplomacy and professionalism

Process & Quality Control

• Ensure matchmaking practices align with Islamic ethics and company standards
• Provide feedback to improve matching logic, workflows, and client experience
• Monitor progress of active profiles and follow up regularly

Team & Operational Support

• Mentor junior executives or matchmakers if required
• Assist management in developing policies, SOPs, and best practices
• Contribute insights for platform improvement and service expansion
