• 3–7 years of experience in VFX for ad films, commercials, or digital content

• Strong showreel demonstrating compositing and VFX work

Soft Skills & Competencies

• Strong visual sense and attention to detail

• Ability to understand creative briefs and execute independently

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects

• Working knowledge of Cinema 4D / Blender / Maya (any one)

• Experience with Nuke is a plus

• Strong skills in rotoscoping, tracking, keying, and compositing

• Understanding of color spaces, lighting, and rendering

1. Visual Effects Creation

• Design and execute VFX shots for TVCs, digital films, and social media content

• Perform compositing, cleanup, screen replacements, tracking, rotoscoping, and keying

• Integrate CGI, motion graphics, and live-action footage seamlessly

2. Shot Planning & Execution

• Participate in pre-production discussions to plan VFX-heavy shots

• Analyze footage and determine the best VFX approach for each shot

• Maintain consistency in visual style and realism

3. Collaboration & Workflow

• Work closely with Editors, Motion Designers, Colorists, and Sound teams

• Collaborate with Directors and Producers to understand creative intent

• Incorporate feedback efficiently and maintain version control

4. Technical Execution

• Ensure VFX shots meet broadcast, digital, and platform-specific standards

• Optimize renders and files for performance and quality

• Maintain proper file structure and backups

5. Quality Control

• Ensure clean composites, realistic lighting, and color matching

• Check shots for artifacts, continuity issues, and technical errors

6. Time & Deadline Management

• Manage multiple shots and projects simultaneously

• Deliver VFX work within tight production schedules
