Responsibilities & Context:

Social Media Management:

  • Monitor and manage the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

    1. Create and post engaging content (images, videos, captions) to promote the company and its products/services.

    2. Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a professional and timely manner.

    3. Track engagement and audience growth across platforms to measure the success of posts.

Customer Interaction & Communication:

  • Respond to customer messages, comments, and complaints on social media platforms.

    1. Provide information about the company’s products or services to customers.

    2. Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

    3. Resolve customer issues in a courteous and professional manner.

Sales Support:

  • Identify and nurture sales leads through social media interactions.

    1. Upsell or cross-sell products/services based on customer needs.

    2. Assist in developing strategies to increase sales via social media platforms.

    3. Keep track of sales data and performance related to social media outreach.

Sales Tracking & Reporting:

  • Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups.

    1. Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and social media analytics.

    2. Identify trends and opportunities for improving sales growth through social media channels.

Collaboration & Strategy:

  • Work with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.

    1. Suggest and implement ideas to boost brand visibility and sales on social platforms.

    2. Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing to drive engagement.
