Additional Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital or corporate social media management.

  • Strong understanding of content trends, audience engagement, and analytics.

  • Familiarity with reporting tools and common social media scheduling platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).

  • Understanding of image usage rights, music licensing, and general regulatory compliance for digital marketing content.

  • A strong commitment to staying current with rapidly evolving social media algorithms, platform features, and emerging content trends.

  • Basic exposure or training in handling client feedback, managing expectations, and communicating performance results clearly and confidently.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Good to have:

  • Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Illustrator, or Photoshop.

  • Basic understanding of video content (editing/short-form content).

  • Completion of foundational training or certifications (e.g., Meta Blueprint Certification or Google Ads Certifications) is highly valued.

  • Basic knowledge of how search engine optimization and keywords relate to content creation on platforms like YouTube and LinkedIn.

  • Basic exposure to AI tools used in digital marketing for content creation, optimization, and workflow efficiency.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage and grow social media platforms for clients’ (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).

  • Plan, create, schedule, and monitor content for clients’ social channels.

  • Run paid campaigns and optimize performance.

  • Analyze insights and prepare monthly performance reports.

  • Coordinate with the creative team for content development.

  • Maintain brand voice, consistency, and engagement across platforms.
