Responsibilities & Context: We are currently expanding our team to include a highly skilled Facebook & Google Ads Expert to support our sister company’s digital growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, launching, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Google platforms. With a strong understanding of ad targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking, you will play a key role in driving ROI-focused campaigns
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Setup advanced tracking pixel, conversation API, GTM, GA4, & server side tracking and perfect adjustment process maintained.
- Campaign Execution: Manage end-to-end campaign delivery across various platforms (Google Ads & Meta), ensuring campaigns align with client objectives and are executed on time.
- Account Setup & Structuring: Implement best practices for account setup, including audience segmentation, keyword research, and campaign structuring, to optimize performance.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor and refine campaigns, utilizing A/B testing, bid strategies, and other tools to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.
- Reporting & Analysis: Compile and present performance reports with actionable insights, clearly explaining results to clients and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Strategy Support: Provide input on campaign strategies, recommending the best campaign types and tactics for various scenarios to achieve client goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with creative and account management teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and alignment with client branding.
- Industry Best Practices: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing to ensure all campaigns are cutting-edge and compliant with platform policies.
