Responsibilities & Context:
∎ PIE International Education is a leading education consultancy in Bangladesh, dedicated to guiding students towards global academic opportunities. We are seeking a dynamic and well-presented Front Desk Representative for our Banani, Dhanmondi, and Uttara branches. This role is vital as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, and it requires a professional who is courteous, efficient, and capable of managing a busy front office environment.Greet and welcome visitors, students, and guardians in a friendly and professional manner.Manage incoming phone calls and route them appropriately.Respond to basic student inquiries regarding services, appointments, or events.Schedule and confirm counseling appointments for students with respective counselors.Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.Receive, record, and distribute incoming documents, messages, and packages.Provide accurate information about PIE’s services, exams (e.g., IELTS), and programs.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth front-office operations.Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper follow-up with walk-in students.Assist with clerical tasks such as printing, scanning, and data entry when required.Support event coordination and student seminars by managing front-desk logistics.
