∎ Job RequirementsCompletion of the IELTS test with a band score of 7.5 or above. (Candidates with expertise on the SAT or GRE will be given preference)Completion of Bachelor's Degree in English or any teaching relevant field. (Candidates with a strong Mathematics background will be given preference)A minimum of one year of professional experience in teachingIn-depth knowledge of teaching methods and legal educational proceduresOutstanding written and verbal communication in both English and Bangla (Candidates from an English Background will be given preference)Well-organized with leadership and sportsmanship qualitiesExceptional interpersonal and presentation skillsJob ResponsibilitiesDevelop and issue educational content including notes, tests, and assignmentsSupervise classes to ensure all students are learning in a safe and productive environmentOrganize supplies and resources for lecturesConduct offline (face to face) and online classes as per requirementDeliver personalized instruction to each student by encouraging interactive learningPrepare and distribute periodic progress assessmentsAllocate and grade homework, assignments, and testsGrade and comment on allocated online-submissions of assignments and essays with proper assessment within 24 hours of submissionCollaborate with other teachers and instructorsAttend and contribute to periodical meetingsPlan, facilitate, and execute educational & marketing activities and events in collaboration with Pie faculties and administration when requiredDevelop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending seminars, workshops, conferences
