MZ Media is a video editing agency founded by Neel Nafis. We collaborate with international businesses on a wide range of video editing projects. We are seeking a Project Manager to work closely with our teams and ensure smooth and efficient operations across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, setting expectations, and keeping them updated on project progress.

• Team Management: Work closely with editors to assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure that work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

• Quality Control: Oversee the editing process by reviewing and approving the work produced by editors, ensuring it aligns with client requirements and quality expectations.

• Client Communication: Handle all client communication regarding project timelines, revisions, feedback, and final deliveries, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

• Workflow Management: Ensure that all video editing tasks are executed efficiently, coordinating with editors to ensure the right work is done in the right time frame.

• Operations Management: Track project timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure all tasks are completed according to the agreed deadlines. Flag any delays or issues and resolve them promptly.

• Account Ownership: Take full responsibility for the assigned accounts, ensuring clients are satisfied and projects run smoothly from start to finish.
