Required Skills & Qualifications
1 to 3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and campaign optimization.
Basic working knowledge of Google Analytics for tracking traffic and user behavior.
Basic design and video editing skills using Canva and Adobe Suite.
Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
Familiarity with other marketing tools such as content schedulers, social listening tools, CRM tools, email marketing platforms, etc is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context: We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and trend-savvy Social Media Marketing Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand across all social platforms, responsible for building community, driving engagement, and converting followers into brand advocates.
The ideal candidate lives and breathes social media, understands the nuances of different platforms, and knows how to balance artistic storytelling with technical performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Tiktok and others.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content aligned with brand strategy.
- Design basic creatives using Canva and Adobe Suite.
- Run, optimize, and analyze paid campaigns (Meta/Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
- Track, measure, and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics tools.
- Maintain monthly marketing plans and content calendars.
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable, data-driven insights.
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally across social and digital platforms.
Performance Metrics
- Growth in followers, reach, and engagement across social media platforms.
- Performance of paid campaigns (CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROI).
- Improvement in website traffic and user behavior tracked via Google Analytics.
