Responsibilities & Context:
Media Marketing Expert to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the voice of our brand across all social platforms—building community, driving engagement, and transforming followers into loyal advocates.
The ideal candidate is immersed in the world of social media, understands the unique dynamics of each platform, and knows how to strike the perfect balance between artistic storytelling and performance-driven strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Tiktok and others.
Plan, create, and publish engaging content aligned with brand strategy.
Design basic creatives using Canva and Adobe Suite.
Run, optimize, and analyze paid campaigns (Meta/Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
Track, measure, and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics tools.
Maintain monthly marketing plans and content calendars.
Prepare regular performance reports with actionable, data-driven insights.
Collaborate closely with creative, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
Respond to customer inquiries professionally across social and digital platforms.
Performance Metrics
Growth in followers, reach, and engagement across social media platforms.
Performance of paid campaigns (CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROI).
Improvement in website traffic and user behavior tracked via Google Analytics.
Response efficiency and customer engagement quality.
Overall contribution to brand awareness, leads, and conversions.
