We are looking for smart, creative, and execution-focused content creators to join our in-house marketing team. The role includes planning content, writing scripts, creating videos, presenting on camera, editing videos, publishing on social platforms, and helping grow engagement and sales.

This role is ideal for someone who understands modern social media content and can independently turn ideas into engaging videos that generate sales and brand awareness.

Job Responsibilities

* Create engaging content for Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn

* Understand company products/services and create marketing-focused video content

* Write scripts based on product information and business goals

* Research trends and create content ideas regularly

* Shoot videos independently or with team support

* Speak/act confidently in videos when needed

* Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media

* Add captions, hooks, transitions, graphics, and CTAs

* Publish and manage content across social media platforms

* Monitor engagement, reach, and performance of posts/videos

* Boost/promote selected posts for better engagement and conversions

* Coordinate with management and marketing team for campaigns

* Maintain a regular content calendar and posting schedule
